Kolea 4B offers an awesome view out over the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean!



Once you enter the villa through the large entry doors you reach the great room. Here you will find a nice living area with ample seating facing a big screen LCD television with a DVD player and extended cable. Adjacent to this is the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and is well stocked. The dining area seats 6. All the areas of the great room have a view out over the lanai to the ocean.



Open up the large pocket doors to the expansive lanai. Here you will find a dining area as well as a lounging area. There is a wet bar with a stainless steel grill.



On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with two bedside tables facing an LCD television. There is also a desk facing two large windows that open up to the view. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a large walk in shower. Across the hall is the second master bedroom with a king size bed and bedside tables facing an LCD television with a nice sitting area. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower.



On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with a queen bed facing an LCD television. There is also a desk with a monitor here for your use. The attached bathroom has a vanity and a large shower.



Other Kolea 4B amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, wifi, and dual zone air conditioning.
