Kolea 11F

In 2019 Kolea 11F was thoroughly upgraded giving it a new contemporary, comfortable feel. Its location within Kolea gives it easy access to the Kolea Beach Club as well as the beach at A'Bay.



The entire villa has been upgraded to stone flooring. The great room has a dining area that seats 6. The living area has two sofas that face the entertainment center featuring a big screen wall mounted LCD television, DVD player, and extended cable. The large pocket doors that Kolea is known for opens up to the lanai and a wonderful view of the ancient Hawaiian ponds. The lanai has a table and chairs that seats 4 with a stainless steel grill and wet bar.



The master bedroom is just off the entry and has a king size bed with bed side tables. There is a big screen television mounted above the chest of drawers with extended cable. There is also a desk area for your use. The master bath has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower.



Just off the entry of the villa is the guest bedroom, which features two twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed upon request with beside tables facing a wall mounted LCD television. The attached bathroom has dual vanities and a tub shower combo.



Other amenities of Kolea 11F include wifi and a stack washer and dryer.
