Kolea 15D

Kolea 15D is a nice two bedroom ground floor Kolea vacation rental that is situated on the south side of the property offering easy access to the beach path, the Waikoloa Beach Marriott, and the Kings and Queens Shops.



At Kolea 15D you will find a nice Hawaiian decor. The living area has a nice couch and two chairs that faces a big screen LCD television on an armoire. The sofa can be made into a queen size bed if needed. Off of the living area is the pocket doors that open up to the lanai. With the green grass just off of the lanai it makes the villa feel really open. The lanai has seating for four and has a stainless steel grill with a wet bath.



On the other side of the great room is the dining area that seats four and the kitchen. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances and is well stocked with small appliances and more for all of your cooking needs.



Just off the living area is the master bedroom. Here you will find a king size bed with bedside tables facing a big screen television. The attached bath has dual granite vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a large walk in shower.



On the other side of the villa just off the entry is the guest bedroom with twin beds and a small television. The attached bathroom has dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.



Other amenities of Kolea 15D include air conditioning, wifi, and a stack washer and dryer. The condo has also been tiled throughout giving it a nice feel.
