Kolea 15K

Nestled towards the back of Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort is Kolea 15K. This nicely furnished three bedroom, two bathroom villa offers a nice peaceful setting and is just minutes away from the Kolea Beach Club. You will also find the Waikoloa Beach Resort Marriott and the Kings Shops at Waikoloa Beach within easy walking distance.



As you enter the villa you will find a large entry that opens up to the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There is also an iPod docking station in the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6.



The living area has a nice overstuffed couch and chair which are great for lounging. The entertainment system features a large screen LCD television along with a DVD player, iPod docking station, and a sound system. Open the large pocket doors off of the living room to bring the beautiful garden setting into your villa.



Kolea is known for its nice lanais just on the other side of the pocket doors. At Kolea 15K you will find a dining area with seating for 4. You also have a nice wet bar with granite counters and a stainless steel grill.



The master bedroom is just off the living area and has a king size bed facing an LCD television with a DVD player. You will also find a comfortable lounging chair to sit back and relax and enjoy your favorite book in. The large master bath has a deep soaking tub, large walk in shower, and double vanities.



On the other side of the villa you have the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables facing an LCD television with DVD player. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds with an LCD television and DVD player. Both of these bedrooms have access to the guest bathroom, which has a vanity with a tub/shower combo.



Throughout the villa you will find original artwork. The villa also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer along with air conditioning. The main living areas have been upgraded with travertine and there is carpeting in the bedrooms.
