This Kolea penthouse has been nicely furnished with a tropical theme. While staying at this villa not only will you enjoy all the luxury amenities that Kolea villas offer, but you will also have easy access to all the amenities of the Waikoloa Beach Resort.



Just off the entrance of the villa is the great room. This spacious room has a gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and is fully equipped. The adjacent dining area has seating for four with additional chairs if needed. The living room has a nice, tropical wrap around sofa that can pullout into a queen size bed if needed. It faces the entertainment center with an LCD television and DVD player.



Open the large pocket doors to enjoy the lanai. Here you will find a love seat to relax and read your favorite book along with a small dining area for four. There is also a wet bar with a stainless steel grill for your use. The pocket doors allow a seamless transition from the interior to the exterior and allow for a nice Hawaiian breeze into the villa.



Just off the living area is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing an armoire with a television and DVD player. There are also a couple of chairs. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a large walk in shower, and a deep soaking tub.



On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with a king size bed. There is also a small television with a DVD player in this room. The attached bath has dual vanities and a tub shower combo.



Enjoy discount golf at the Waikoloa Beach and Kings courses while staying at this villa. The fees are $75 and $50 respectively.



The villa also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, dimmer controls for the lighting and a washer and dryer.
