Kolea 3E

The view from Kolea 3E is laden with dancing coconut trees set against the deep blue ocean. This three bedroom, three and a half bath is a luxurious second floor villa. A private elevator used only to access the two upper floor villas, waits to transport you upward.



Enter through the double doors into a fusion of Asian and Hawaiian furnishings. African Mahogany cabinetry and trim offer a gorgeous feast for your eyes. The soffit ceilings and rich plantation shutters add an unmistakable touch of elegance. The granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances reflect the sunlight that streams in through the oversized lanai doors. Roll these doors completely into their pocket to allow the sights and sounds of island living to envelop you.



The lanai has a seating area for four, and a dining area for four. Unwind out on the lanai and enjoy a cookout with the family. A barbecue grill, sink and outdoor beverage center are set in granite and teak.



The dining area is located between the lanai and kitchen, and can easily accommodate a party of six. Two seats at the kitchen island offer additional seating. The kitchen is more than complete with a refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, cooktop with retractable downdraft and a wine cellar.



Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, and Casablanca ceiling fans are located in the living room and all three bedrooms for added circulation.



The spacious master bedroom holds a king size bed and is lightly decorated with the local floral and fauna. The armoire beside a large walk in closet houses a television with built in DVD and VHS player. A Roman tub and double vanities are finished off with peach and gold travertine tops and tile. A walk in shower bathed in natural sunlight has two showerheads and two handheld sprayers.



The first guest bedroom decorated in a vibrant floral theme, has a king size bed with a cushioned headboard. A deep walk in closet sits across the guest bath. This bathroom also has double vanities, a soaking tub and walk in shower complete with a travertine bench.



Twin beds and a classical desk and chair are placed in the second guest bedroom. This room also has its own private bath with a walk in shower.



An eye catching copper sink brightens the powder room in the hall which comprises the half bath. A full size washer and dryer, along with a large sink are in the laundry room located at the end of the hall.



At the world famous Anaeho’omalu Bay, stretches of white sand, ocean activities and curious sea turtles will beckon you to step out of this villa that pampers you. You will find this beach within a short walking distance from your haven.
