Enjoy a private elevator that accesses the spacious great room of the villa. Here you will find a living area with a large sofa, Ekornes reclining chair, and a lounge chair facing the armoire with a smart LCD television with extended cable, a Blu-ray player, and surround sound. There is also a desk area for those that need to work while enjoying Kolea. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a wine cooler, and is thoughtfully provisioned for serious cooking and gracious entertaining. The dining area seats six. You can enjoy the ocean view from all areas of the great room!



The large pocket doors off the great room can be opened up to the expansive lanai to hear the sounds of the tropics. The lanai has a lounging area with a couch and two chairs along with a dining area with seating for four. There is also a wet bar with a stainless steel grill available for your use.



On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing an armoire with an LCD television and extended cable. There is also a chair for reading along with nice views from the large windows. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, a large walk in shower, and views of the ocean. The second master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing an LCD television with extended cable. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, a walk in shower, and dual vanities.



On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom. Here you will find two twin beds facing an LCD television with bedside tables. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower with a vanity.
