From the moment you walk in this villa you will be struck by the openness and the expansive ocean view. The great room is nicely furnished with Asian themed décor and art from local artists. The living area has a large sectional sofa with two chairs facing a big screen LCD television with a DVD player. The gourmet kitchen features a large granite island with stainless steel appliances and is well stocked for your needs. The adjacent dining area seats 6. The beautiful view can be seen from all areas of the great room.



The large pocket doors open up bringing the sounds and scents of the tropics in. The spacious lanai has a nice dining area that seats six and a lounging area with a modular sectional sofa. There is also a wet bar with a stainless-steel grill on the lanai. Due to the way the building is situated, this villa offers one of the most expansive ocean views, including 365 days a year of sunsets.



On one side of the villa are the two master suites. The first master suite has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted LCD television. There are two large windows that display the ocean view as well as a private Lanai with 2 rocking chairs. The attached master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, large walk in shower and dual vanities. The second master suite has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted LCD television. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities. There is also a laundry room on this side of the villa with a full-size washer and dryer.





On the other side of the villa, just off the kitchen, is the guest bedroom with two twin beds and a bedside table. There is also a television here. The attached bathroom has a vanity and a walk-in shower.
