Kolea 8D offers a very convenient location at Kolea. The Kolea Beach Club and beach are just steps away from this villa!



This spacious three bedroom three bath is a ground floor villa with a nice ocean view. As you enter the villa you will enjoy the great room upgraded with tile. The living area has comfortable couches with a big screen LCD television with a DVD player and extended cable. Just off the living area you will find the dining area, which has seating for four. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The beautiful beach and water views are available from all of these areas.



Open the pocket doors off of the great room and enjoy the spacious lanai. The lanai has ample seating with a couch, chairs, and dining area. You will also find a wet bar and stainless steel grill. Just off of the lanai is a beautiful lawn area with a lush tropical garden behind it. The beach and ocean views are the backdrop to this setting.



Just off of the great room is the second guest bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower.



On the other side of the villa you will find the other two bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed and a television. It also has a very nice private lanai with lush landscaping surrounding it and an ocean view. The spacious master bath opens to the master bedroom and has a large walk in shower with a deep soaking tub.



Just across the hall from the master suite is the first guest bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed and a television. The second private bath has a walk in shower and a deep soaking tub.



Enjoy discount golf at the Waikoloa Beach and Kings courses while staying at this villa. The fees are $75 and $50 respectively through the end of 2023.
