Kolea 9D

Located on the ground level and just a few minute walk from the Kolea Beach Club, Kolea 9D offers an ideal setting for families. As you enter the villa you will enjoy a nice warm feel of the wooden floors to go with the wood accents throughout the villa.



The spacious living room has a sleeper sofa along with two chairs facing a wall mounted big screen LCD television with extended cable and a DVD player. The pocket doors open up off of the living room to open up to the lanai and lawn setting. The lanai has a table with four chairs and a wet bar with a stainless steel grill.



Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The dining area seats six.



Just off the living room is the master bedroom. Here you will find a king size bed with bedside tables facing a chest of drawers with an LCD television with extended cable. The spacious attached bath has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a large walk in shower.



Just off the entrance to the villa is the guest bedroom. Located here is a queen size bed with bedside tables. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo with double vanities.
