This beautiful two bedroom Kolea villa was newly furnished in 2012 and offers a great location within Kolea. Just a short walk away from the villa is the Kolea Beach Club with direct beach access to A'Bay.

As you enter the villa you will be struck by the attention to detail and the comfort this villa offers. The large great room offers enough space for any family. The living area has a nice sofa facing the entertainment area with a big screen LCD television, extended cable, surround sound, and a DVD player. There is also a nice chair for relaxing and reading a book. Open the pocket doors off of the living area and enjoy the lush Hawaiian landscape just off of the lanai. The lanai features two love seats along with a wet bar with a stainless steel grill.



Just off of the living area is the dining area, which seats four. The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
