As you enter the villa you will be astonished at the vaulted ceilings and the nice view of the blue waters of the Pacific. Within the great room is a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Next to the kitchen is the dining area that seats 6. The living area has a sofa, which folds out to a queen size bed, and two chairs which face the beautiful view and the entertainment center. Within the entertainment center is a big screen LED television, extended cable, and a DVD player. The view is visible from the entire great room.



The large pocket doors off the living area open up to the lanai giving you a seamless transition from the inside to the outside. Here you will find a dining table and chairs for 6 and a stainless steel grill with a wet bar.



Just off the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed with bedside tables facing a television with extended cable. There is also a nice sitting area for two and partial views of the ocean through the windows. The attached bath has a large walk in shower, deep soaking tub, and dual vanities.



Just off the entrance of the villa is the second master bedroom with twin size beds that can be converted to a king size bed upon request. There is also a television with extended cable. The attached bathroom is spacious and offers dual vanities with a large walk in shower and a deep soaking tub.



This villa also has a complete laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is also air conditioning and wifi.
