Four Seasons Hualalai took advantage of the 2020 downtime just like many other resorts to upgrade their property. From redoing the rooms to adding a new pool, Four Seasons Hualalai made several nice additions for their guests to enjoy. All of it totaling over $100 million in cost.
While all the buildings received new roofing and upgraded interiors of each room, the largest upgrades were made to their three largest villas. All three boasting nicer accommodations that most presidential suites of other resorts. They added an additional level to each villa and gave each more outdoor space to take in the spectacular views of the blue waters of the Pacific.
They also added an additional pool and made some additions to the lagoon area. While this is not the most popular area of the resort, it is a great place to spend your day. The lagoon still offers some amazing snorkeling and they added a marine center to learn about the sea life of Hawaii. The lagoon has such a variety of sea life you may feel as though you are swimming in an aquarium. The additional pool that was added is an infinity pool that sits above the lagoon area and has expansive ocean views.
Other upgrades included changes to the menus as well as a nice upgrade to the golf experience at Hualalai. If you are a golfer, a 3000 square foot instruction, practice, and entertainment facility was added, which is a one of a kind in Hawaii.
