There are a number of complexes throughout the resort, but each complex does not offer a large amount of vacation rentals, which allows you to fully enjoy the property. The Waiulu Villas are the most conveniently located for those looking for easy access to the amenities and Four Seasons Hualalai. These properties are within walking distance to the beach and Four Seasons Hualalai. Most vacation rentals at Hualalai come with a golf cart so even if you are farther from the amenities just about everything is less than a 10 minute golf cart ride away.
Guests staying at vacation rentals in Hualalai also get access to the amenities of the resort including the Four Seasons Hualalai. There is a daily resort fee that currently ranges from $65/person/day for use of the amenities throughout the resort if you are staying in a vacation rental. During peak times such as festive season there can be limitations as to what is available.
