‘Ulu, the signature restaurant of the Four Seasons Hualalai, will undergo a thorough upgrade or refreshing on July 7, 2024. It will be completed in time for festive season. While it may come to a disappointment to many, the finished product will surely offer a nice change guests will enjoy. The finished product will feature a lighter color and more contemporary feel, but at the same time offer the same great menu and service.
While ‘Ulu is closed, the Four Seasons Hualalai will be offering an alternative restaurant, Sushi and Robata by ‘Ulu. This will be located on the edge of King’s Pond, which is a beautiful location that offers spectacular ocean and sunset views.
The menu will feature a selection of sashimi, sushi, and sushi rolls. There will also be robatayaki (fireside grilled) meats and vegetables to choose from.
For breakfast, the popular breakfast that was offered at ‘Ulu will now be offered at Beach Tree.
Roughly 4 years ago the CanoeHouse at Mauna Lani underwent the same time of refreshing to take it from an older Hawaiian feel to a more contemporary Hawaiian feel. It was a great success and we are sure that the new look of ‘Ulu will be enjoyed by many.
